LGM Industries was engaged to deconstruct, transport and reconstruct Image Resources mineral sands processing plant from Mindarie, South Australia to Boonanarring, Western Australia.
Image Resources Ltd is a mineral sands mining company in Perth, Western Australia. Image owns and operates the Boonanarring Mine and Processing facility 80kms north of Perth.
LGM’s scope was to fast track the construction of Image Resources Wet Concentrator Plant.
This included deconstruction of the plant in South Australia, clean for transport across the border into Western Australia, transport the fixed plant on approximately 150 trucks, reconstruct and dry-commission in Boonanarring, Western Australia. Also involved was the installation of new Electrical & Instrumentation, supply of new hoppers, refurbishment of existing equipment, supply and install HDPE and rubber lined piping. This was all completed within a timeframe of 6 months.
