LGM was founded in 2009 and offered a nimble maintenance service business that specialised in fixed plant maintenance and capital projects supporting the resources and energy sectors in the South West of WA.

The business set out to win over the right customers and employ the right team of people with shared values of hard work, drive and determination.

LGM has now cemented itself as the largest provider of our kind in the South West, at times employing over 180 people that live and work in the regions and making a significant contribution to our local community.

We have an expanding regional footprint in the Goldfields and the Midwest and our focus as it has been since our inception is to provide meaningful work and a legitimate career pathway for people who live and work in a regional location.
