Quality

Quality at LGM encompasses all aspects of project delivery including quality compliance, document control and project reporting. We are committed to providing products and services of a consistently high quality to our customers.

Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We have trained internal auditors (ISO 19011:2018) who continually review our operations to verify conformance with the requirements of our quality management system.

As part of our quality commitment to our clients we ensure to:

  • Identify, understand and comply with the requirements of our customers and the applicable codes and standards (Australian and International).
  • Provide appropriate resources, information, equipment and facilities to maintain the standard of our products and services.
  • Conduct effective inspections and testing to identify and minimise the effects of any non-conformance.
  • Hold qualified ICAM Lead Investigators for root cause analysis of non-conformance to prevent recurrences.
  • Review competency requirements of our personnel and provide training as necessary to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Have internal qualified welding supervisors and inspectors to AS1796 & AS2214.
  • Maintain a large set of weld procedures and qualified welders to International and Australian Standards for a range of materials and processes including Stainless and exotic alloys.

LGM’s HR management systems provide the basis for the effective management of personnel in the delivery of our projects through harmonious employer/employee relationships built on principles of fairness, co-operation, transparency and communication.

 

FINANCE

LGM Industries has implemented EFTsure software solution as part of its accounts payable processes to improve security measures.

The EFTsure software solutions is an independent, real-time, continuous controls monitoring system, designed to validate the integrity of online transactions and supplier data. It ensures accurate electronic funds transfer of payments, providing greater assurance to LGM Industries and our valued suppliers that when payments are processed, the funds are going where they are intended.

All of our suppliers at LGM Industries are required to provide business information to Eftsure for independent verification before conducting business with us and receiving payment.

At LGM, Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, we are committed to providing and maintaining a safe workplace for our people, contractors, clients, suppliers, and visitors.

We have an exceptional safety reporting culture, supported by our Safety Management System.

LGM’s Safety Management System is certified to ISO 45001:2018 in accordance with JAS-ANZ. Our safety culture, policies, processes and procedures align with, and complement our client sites.

We encourage reporting of all incidents and injuries which are managed through our bespoke integrated project management software (MIND). We pride ourselves on being open to continuous improvement and where possible implement new initiatives.
