LGM Industries was engaged to Supply and install Structural, Mechanical and Piping to carry out an Upgrade to BOC Limited Kemerton ASU Oxygen Plant during the 2022 May Shutdown.
LGM Industries were tasked with supply and installation of new pipework from the compressor and site run throughout the plant. All component completed to meet specifications for Oxygen usage.
This included the installation of a new oxygen compressor, air intake filter and associated pipe work and supports including:
- Supply all the materials required for the pipework.
- Install a carbon steel instrument air line which was to be site run up to the compressor.
- Fabricate a pipe spool to install in the space of the second basket strainer.
- Fabricate and install all the pipework tie-ins, pipe supports for the new cooling tower cooling water lines and the cooling water header pipe as per specifications.
- Erect, assemble, install and touch up painting of all materials and equipment.
- Quality assurance and control with required testing and inspections.
