LGM is the Southwest’s leading maintenance contractor, specialising in structural, mechanical, and piping services. We are currently building teams of suitably experienced Sheet Metal Workers, Roof Plumbers and Shed Builders for upcoming projects.

These are some of our future works to give you an idea of what your day-to-day might look like with LGM:

• Workshop & lath area sheeting replacement.
• Gutter replacement & leak repairs to Operations buildings.
• Roof repairs to Laboratory & Administration buildings.
• Whirly bird installations.

Full Penalties Paid + Site + Travel Allowance + Hourly Bonus + Retention Bonus

• Local site work

Minimum requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience 
• Attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
• Nationally accredited Confined Spaces (Within 2 years)
• Nationally accredited Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• High Risk Work Licence: Elevated Work Platform (Minimum) 
• White Card/Blue Card
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately 
• Comfortable working at heights and committed to following all working at heights safety protocols at all times
• Full work rights in Australia
• Residing within the Southwest area

Ideally you will also have these additional attributes, however, don’t let that you stop you from applying. 

• Certificate III in Roof Plumbing 
• Shed Building Experience
• Basic Rigging / Dogman Ticket
• Crane Ticket
• Forklift License
• HR Drivers Licence
