Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail orientated Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Bunbury. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with various departments, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure that our brand message is consistent across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan
• Position the LGM brand in the market to ensure it aligns with our service offering & reputation
• Coordinate content creation and updates for the website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials
• Lead the publication of a quarterly newsletter for distribution to target audiences
• Update and create project profiles and case studies 
• Build LGM’s library of quality brand assets to increase awareness and brand preference
• Coordinate and brief external suppliers such as photographers, videographers, PR consultants, graphic designers, sign makers and printers
• Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimise future efforts
• Coordinate LGM Events, Sponsorship, Trade shows & Community initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a marketing role
• strong organisational and people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency in marketing software and social media platforms
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• High degree of initiative
• Budget-management skills 
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies
