Corporate Message March 2021

Home Corporate Message March 2021

At LGM Industries we truly appreciate our place in the market and the opportunities we have to work across Western Australia. We see our team, clients and suppliers as a community, which is why we are keen to share more about our latest activities, approach to business and team with you through our corporate newsletter.

As we strive to be the best we can be, in business and in life, we want you to be a part of our achievements, learnings, and growth. Each edition you can expect updates about our recent projects, business announcements and a unique insight into how LGM operates. Our people and their development is at the core of everything we do. We believe that investing in our team is reflected in the work they undertake and the results they achieve. A staff profile each edition, will provide a deeper insight into our people, not only their professional experience, but also their motivations and life outside of the workplace. It is a privilege to lead such a diverse and talented team. One of my personal motivations is helping and supporting every LGM employee to excel.

I believe that the more we appreciate the world and people around us, the happier and more content we are. Growing up in a close-knit neighborhood, where everyone looked out for one another, a sense of community is also very important to me and it is something I endeavour to build in both my professional and personal pursuits. I am also an enthusiastic advocate of wellbeing. How can we expect to achieve and sustain quality results, if we are not mindful and supportive of everybody’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing?

Performance also drives me, and I consider this along with appreciation, community, health and wellbeing to be the pillars of overall success.

At LGM, we have set a clear vision and goals for the future. To make that vision a reality, we will be drawing on the talent and experience of our team. To further support and enhance our success we are working across the organisation to improve the way that we tackle not just technical challenges but also adaptive challenges.
